LONDON – A horrific drama unfolded on board a school bus in Birmingham, UK, where a 22 year old stabbed a 16 year old teen to death.
The bus driver called emergency services immediately but help came to late for the teen.
Police immediately began a large scale manhunt and managed to find and arrest the perpetrator of the vicious crime. Police had asked the public for assistance telling them to “look out for a danger black man who may still carry additional weapons”.
The 22 year old stabbed the girl sitting on the upper deck of the double-decker. He attacked her only moments after she got on the bus. He fled quickly.
“He apparently stabbed her when the bus stopped and then fled,” wrote Darren Bent, husband of the bus driver, on his Facebook page.
The emergency call came around 7:37 AM. Police said the family of the teen has been informed of the tragedy.
Not so long ago, also in Birmingham, 16 year old Rosemarie Ross was stabbed to death while she was enjoying the warm rays of the sun.
Police say they are still looking for a motive. The identities of neither the suspect nor the victim have been released at this time.
